I flew AA 997 from DFW-EZE on 08/29/07 and AA996 on 09/02/07 both segments in Biz Class on a 767-300 with the new Business Class seating. First the good points: both flights left and arrived on time, the dinner and breakfast service on both flights was tasty and plentiful, and best of all, both Cabin Crews were great. Now for the not-so-good news: the new seats and AVOD disappoint mightily. The seat controls are confusing and getting an actual lie-fit position is'nt possible if you have anything stored under the seat in front of you. The new laptop-esque entertainment is a step backwards from the good old-fashioned DVD players. I will say, that in sitting comfortably or reclining slightly, the new Biz seats are an improvement. Overall, a nice experience with a great service. Note to AA: Fix those seats
