Hello to all this is my first trip report ever on a.net, I hope you enjoy!!!
So I´m been waiting this flight since a month ago (07-07-07) but before I need to finished my final exams at college!! , Finally the day was here and I was really excited about AA and their 737-800 (last time in AA 737´s was in 2002)
The details of my flight:
Date: August 08, 2007
Airline: American Airlines (AAL)
Flight Number: AA2134
Schedule Departure 06:30AM/ Actual Departure 7:00AM
Schedule Arrival: 09:45AM/ Actual Arrival 09:59AM
Departure Gate: 24/ Arrival Gate: E4
Departure Runway: 10 Arrival Runway: 09
Aircraft: Boeing 737-823W N947AN CN: 3CB
Occupancy: 100%
Finally the was here, I wake up at 3:00AM and get ready as fast as possible!!! but my family wasn´t quickly as I am , so we finished going out to the airport at 3:40am. At 4:15AM we arrived into the Airport and to the AA counter, the line for check-in was pretty long and the AA staff was really slow, witch is not good for me!!! We spend about a Hour in the check-in, but after that we had our boarding pass and ready to go to the Immigration Area, As you can Imagine the Immigration was slow as ever so we spend more than 45 minutes, At 6:25 we passed all the troubles in CCS and immediately call us for boarding the plane, So I don´t have any time to Photograph planes only the AA 737, sorry for the poor Quality
The boarding was really fast Because of the Capacity of the 737, at 6:47AM the Captain Closed the door and started our push back and taxiing for rwy 10 Departure. Here is some pics
When we were at hold short for departure, 2 Aserca´s DC9 coming for Landing and after that we Positioning for Departure and the Typical left banking to MIA
The Departure was really sweet and done a fast climb on the initial!! at FL370 Established the Crew Started the Breakfast service and they offered 2 options One was Omelet and the other was a some can of meal or something like that, I chosen the Omelet option
The Flight was really calm almost no Turbulence in the Route
At 9:35AM the Captain told us that we started our descent in MIA, We entered from the Southwest and Makes an ILS for Runway 09 when we finally arrived at 09.59AM
We taxied for gate E4 and Finished my Trip in the Immigration Area when we went ot the airport at 11:00AM
Conclusions:
- American Has the better Service Between CCS-MIA with 4 Daily flight and really good Schedules.. My vote is 8/10
- American CCS Staff is really slow and they really need to improve the quality... 5/10
- The Plane was in Excellent Conditions, Inside was really clean 10/10
- Food Service, good but no great 7/10

Orlando! Mi pana great report. I'm very jealous because I've never flown on a 737 with winglets!. The photos are really cool and as you should know MIA is one of my favourite places. So keep going bro and see ya soon!
