Its disappointing to see a first class trip with AF that went poorly. Everything I have ever seen or heard about AF has always been positive. I'm curious to read your JFK trip to see if that went any better.

Wow, seems that AF has serious problem with the IFE. I hear to often that it doesnt work. Really bad.

I always thought that catering was AF´s strong suit?? But if they serve the same food in C and F or their choices in C are better, then there is something that is not right.. Food, service, IFE and the seat should be way better in F compared to C-class!

It's unfortunately no longer the case... AF used to offer a refined and tasty catering in First Class. It was Concorde and l'Espace 180 great time...

While SQ, LX, BA and LH are improving their onboard services, AF chose the opposite strategy in Premium cabins...

I've been last week to BOM in First Class with AF, and the catering was absolutely AWFUL... Worse than the Business Class one, which remains all in all quite good.
