Yes it is , I stayed overnight in Muonio ( Finnland) and it had -20. Nevertheless I jumped into the snow after Sauna.

I was there last summer and took pics from the same spots. The only difference was that I walked my way up to the Tromsdalen.

There are more and more of those. OHLHD has pictures of two in this trip report. DY has plans to fit at least one more with winglets.
