After arriving and staying at TOS for some time I headed down south via Finland.
Since this is continued from the first part the aviation pics will be seen later so please scroll down as the first pictures are taken on the country side in the wild north and middle of Finland.
From TOS it is about an 2 hours ride to the Finish Border which was quite a nice ride but I fell asleep so the first pic came only after reaching the border shortly before Kilpisjaervi:

The HEL-VIE is an all Economy flight. They just do not remove the Business Class plate on the wall. I realised the typo about the A319 just a little too late to correct it yesterday.

Amazing trip report! Sorry if I missed this but when did you go? I ask only cause I went to Helsinki late December last year and it didn't look nearly as cold as it does in your pictures!
Ironic too because I have the Sibelius sculpture as my desktop except there was no snow :P

Thanks for posting this interesting report - it's always nice to read about Finland. I'm just looking out the window at what a beautiful sunny day it is here and comparing it with your pics taken at -20C..........know which I prefer
Your meal certainly looked good on AY, they do seem to pride themselves on their inflight service.
