KLM AMS-BCN: oh dear. 3 aircraft changes and 4hours delay. "refurbished" ancient 733 replacing 2 734's that went tech. wretched "lunchtime" TINY sandwiches but great drinks selection. Absolutely excellent and professional cabin/cockpit crew as usual, the best asset of KLM for decades now.

HV BCN-AMS: shiny, very new, spotless 73H. very professional and knowledgeable cabin crew, departure 10min ahead of schedule. very reasonable priced catering, overhead screens with safety video/entertainment. its been a very long time since i have been asked in economy "is the wine cold enough?" 53euro oneway fare all-in. KLM ElitePlus since 11years and very impressed.
