This must have been a trip you took a while ago. I think BA replaced Molton Brown with Elemis at least a year ago if not longer. Also the old Club World on the 747.

From my experience I'd say my success in getting appointments following Elemis taking control has taken a massive dive. Plus Elemis have put massage chairs in some of the rooms where treatments used to take place.
To be honest I'm unimpressed by Elemis. I'll see how I get on next month at T4.
