Very enjoyable TR!
Just one question--what info is contained in your flight log? Does it include route info, or just aircraft info and arrival/departure times? Do you ever meet resistance from F/A's about asking the captain to fill it out?

Interesting TR. Odd to see a headrest with a power unit and no TV monitor.

Just a little greeting introducing myself, Flight #, Dep-Arr info, pilots' name, registration, aircraft type, cruise speed, FL,Flight time and mileage, and some other stuff like that. and no, ive never been turned down, except once on a jetblue flight but the F/A ran back to my seat saying that it was ok. we were later on diverted and stayed on the ground where i just hung out in the cockpit lol.

Yea, thats what i said, but anything is welcome on a long 14hr flight.
Travelling is not all about the destination. its about how you get from point A to point B and everything in between.

Cup noodles are dry. you just add hot water which is provided onboard. lol. its a must on a long flight in Y in case you get hungry in between meals

Hey man, awesome report! I've always wanted to fly MU from Australia to either the US or Europe - haven't so far been able to convince any of my regular companions i.e my family, to agree to it though

Oooh! Way to make a bad thing seem mysterious and sortof romantic! I like, I like...

That's really not good enough for a terminal which handles such long flights...I guess they figure everyone'll be satisfied with the onboard offering?

Yes...kinda a weird position but okay then!

Interesting report. Were you competing in Beijing or just watching? Either way is awesome. Great report and I hope to see you representing the USA in London 2012!!
