We decided to join our neighbors from across the street, who also happen to be good friends, for a few days at Disney World at New Year's. Since we knew G4 flies to the area, and usually has great fares, we decided to forego Skymiles for this short trip and give G4 a try. I have to say, G4 is very good at what it does!
G4 doesn't have computers at ticket counters or gate podiums at their outstations (or at least at GSP), and they pre-board everyone with small children (about 1/2 of most flights), but they get folks checked in and boarded very quickly. Our outbound flight was in "standard" coach seats, which were very roomy, and nicely contoured, with generous headrests. The return was in an exit row, with absolutely amazing room. Inflight service is all BOB, but the FA's are to a person pleasant, and sometimes funny. Both our flights departed on time, and landed slightly early if memory serves. Should G4 fly to a destination I'm interested (LAS???) in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to fly them again. Flight times are dredged from my memory, except the dep time of the SFB-GSP flight, as I have a photo of my boarding pass for that flight. A link to my pics (with some detailed descriptions) is below.

Thanks!
Quoting UAopsMGR (Reply 1): I wonder why Icelandair flies into SFB instead of MCO...cost?

Random question, but did you happen to get (or at least see) the 1/400 model they have for sale with BOB?

Nope - thought about it before getting aboard, but promptly forgot when we were in the air!
