My class took a trip to DC, we were from Wisconsin, so we departed from ORD-IAD via UA 382. And back via DCA-ORD on UA631. It was a fun trip, and i had never flown UA before, so that was interesting. All pics from a Nikon Coolpix P4

It was a wonderful trip, but after flying both a 737 and A320 on the same trip i thought the 737 was more comfortable, it had a little bit wider seats and it was a lot quieter! the noise on the A320 was really loud when compared to the 737. I thought i t was interesting that i ended up on 2 planes both with the old livery.

I hope you had lots of fun in DC. I was lucky enough to grow up near DC. I always enjoyed going to see the museums and the monuments.

Nice TR dude - I love Dc it's a great town.
one thing though, are you sure you have got the A320 and 737 the right way round? The A320 has the wider cabin and seats and is far quieter than the 737 classics. Although it could be that the seats a uses make the ones on the 737 see wider and that your location in the cabin made the 737 seem quieter than the 320....
Next flights: MAN-ORK-LHR(EI)-MAN(BD); MAN-LHR(BD)-ORK (EI); DUB-ZRH-LAX (LX) LAX-YYZ (AC) YYZ-YHZ-LHR(AC)-DUB(BD)

Very nice trip report and pictures!!! You're lucky you got to fly, I'm from Racine and 3 years ago when our class went to DC we had to mount up in the coach bus for 12 hours each way overnight. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep on either...
Will you watch the Cleveland Browns and the Detroit Lions on Sunday? Only if coach Eric Mangini resigned after a loss.
