Time Flies

QF0026
From: Auckland Terminal I
To: Melbourne
Depart: Thu 15 Jan 2009, 07:45
Arrive: Thu 15 Jan 2009, 09:40
Class: C
Seats: 02K

I recently discovered some pictures from a flight I took in January. Forgot to write a TR on it but here are the pictures all the same.

Must have been a long time ago that ‘my airline’ was still flying to AKL

This is the check in area for Business and First at AKL

Good thing they had one, since there was rather a long line…

Turning towards MEL

And we’re there.

Not much of a story but I hope you enjoyed the pics just the same.

KLM have never served NZ with their own aircraft, the closest they got was Australia. They currently codeshare with Malaysia Airlines, so the sign must be to direct codeshare passengers to the MH check-in area as the check-in zone is rather long.

They are poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce. Not too bad actually. The sausage was not undercooked but just looked very disgusting. Actually my biggest 'complaint' about this flight was that the service was almost non existent. Like they knew nobody would complain since it is a very short flight.

Ah well, 3 more weeks and I can start my next installment. AMS-LHR-HKG-SGN-REP-SGN-NRT-DPS-HKG-JNB-CPT-LHR-AMS... I will keep you posted by means of TRs.  Smile
