At last I managed to get the pics together and post it.
It was a well deserved trip to visit my family, friends and have a holiday on the beach.

Check in was fast. Flight load 100% (again!). I won't say much about the flight as everything was similar as I described in my previous TR (click here)

While taking photos of the cabin a FA came to me a bit stressed and told me photos were not allowed. The way she said it was like I was commiting a dreadful sin. lol. I said OK and giggled to myself. I find it quite amusing when FAs behave in a sort of dramatic way instead of just speaking normally. lol

Snacks
Prior to the snacks, the FAs came to take drink orders. I found it quite a lot of work for them but later on the flight they told me it's not that bad and they are already used to it. I personally think a trolley service would be quicker and easier for them.
Then snacks were brought in a basket where you can choose whatever you want as much as you want. They were quite nice, sweet and savoury options. For exra drinks you just need to ask them.

Check in at GIG was fast and no problem but the check-in girl seemed bored. The flight had a quick stop over SSA.

Gol at MCZ - Last year I took a photo of the same plane in POA
Unfortunately one of my suitcases arrived broken. So I had to queue for a while to be able to make a complaint as there were a other passengers in front of me whose bags didn't make to MCZ.
The girl was very polite and after filling the form she said they would collect my damaged luggage the next day and would either fix it or give me a new one. So everything seemed very efficient.
To make the story short, the suitcase was collected only 5 days later (after loads of "confirmation" over the phone it would be collected the day I phoned). The return would be after 2 days of the collection day, but obviously it didn't happen and it was returned nearly 2 weeks later! Very unprofessional.
On my return flight to GIG I spoke to the supervisor at check-in and complained about the bag incident and how unprofessional the whole process was. He apologised for that and transfered us to an earlier flight to GIG so we wouldn't have a long stop over SSA. That was a nice gesture of him.
So after a great holiday in MCZ it was time to come back. MCZ-GIG TAM A320

GIG-GRU TAM A320 & GRU-LHR TAM B777
A short flight (delayed 1 hour) to GRU with a round of drinks and peanuts.
The GRU-LHR 100% load. Usual flight, so I just took some pics of the dinner and breakfast:

Overall TAM was good, planes were clean and crew friendly (apart from the odd grumpy one) As usual, meals/snacks/drinks with good quality although dinner portions very small.
TAM's B777 seat is reasonably comfortable but the 10 abreast config is just dreadful. It might work fine just for short people.
TAM's A320 and A321 are fine for internal flights.
Azul was a great surprise for me. Good seat pitch, friendly ground crew and FAs as well as good selection of snacks.
