Background:
Since we were in Hawaii and my dad and I are major history buffs we decided to do a little side trip to Pearl Harbor. My mom, brother, and sister had no interest in Pearl Harbor they flew home on the early morning flight from LIH-SEA. I got to sleep in and eat one last breakfast at the resort and then head out to the airport.
You can see how yellow the cabin is. Almost like the lights hadn't been changed since 1984 when it was built. This plane was construction number 32. Probably the oldest plane I have ever flow on.
On the ground at HNL. I didn't get a picture of the cockpit because the stop in HNL consisted of 5 people getting off the plane and our bags being taken off the plane. Before we even got in to the terminal the plane was off.
After we left the airport we headed to our hotel and then we walked one block to Waikiki beach and spent the day there and went for dinner at a Thai place. The next day we got up at six am for our tour of Pearl Harbor and the surrounding bases that were attacked on Dec 7th 1941. After that we went to a surfing lesson with Girls who Surf. Our instructor was Brazillian and she was hot. It was a little awkward because I was with my dad. I even got pretty good at surfing. That night my dad and I went to a sushi place in downtown Honolulu. While at dinner my dad got an email from Alaska that we had been upgraded to first for our flight the next day. The flight back to Seattle will be in Part Three. Trust me when I say it is worth reading.

Obviously, its not showing LIH-HNL, the route you were flying. They only print their magazine twice a year. The current magazine (June-November) shows the addition of the HNL-LIH route.
