Preflight
After an almost long 8 days in LA and Vegas, its time for me to make the long journey home. Arrived at LAX with almost 3 hours to spare. After checking in, I took my last few puffs for the next 15 or so hours and then its off to park my butt in the One World First Class Lounge. 2nd time in this lounge and although this time round its not so crowded, food wise, it was pretty tasteless. Lounge is about 45 percent capacity.

Inflight
After being bussed to the gate, I was the 3rd person to be seated in the First Class Cabin. Like the sector inbound, only 1 spare seat in First class.

Night scenes at LAX and cabin in the dark
A very cheerful crew onboard again. Soon after a very long taxi and take off, meal service began and I also watched a movie on the avod.
After that I managed to sleep for almost 10 hours straight. When I woke up, I freshened up and at the same time requested for breakfast to be served.
Nearing Hong Kong and meaning its time to wake up, freshen up and time to eat…again
Overall, a great flight and great CX inflight crew. Looking forward to my next first class suite experience with them.

The seats in the Business Class looked a bit dated but hey, only 4 hours long.
All that food looked really good.

I'm not sure I like the look of the new F seat. It's almost like they stuck an extra half a seat on to the side of an existing seat. It creates a lot of extra bumps and ridges.

Believe it or not, for all my TR its just a simple tiny Canon Ixus is100. But i have just changed to the newer IS130, also from Canon. For my holiday shots, i am now using the new Sony Nex 5.

I have to agree with you that although they are not that nice to look at, they are extremely comfortable when you are in them though

Nice report with very nice pictures! CX First class is very nice! Food looks great and nice that you were able to sleep for 10h straight. I love sleeping in a First class seat!
