Great report!! I was really hoping someone would do a TR on this. I had tried to get tickets for this event, and for the price, you really can't beat it. Although I clicked around your video. What was the overall mood, purpose and vibe you got from fellow pax? I could only imagine no one checked luggage LOL.

Thanks for the report, Ryan!
I'm envious you got to take this flight! I would've jumped at the chance if I was in the LA area. This was such a great PR idea on the part of JetBlue. Did you even reach the point where you could turn on your electronic devices haha?

777ord, the mood was amazing! It wasn't your typical hectic airport scene with pushy people or foul moods. I didn't notice a single person that checked a bag but I suppose it was possible One guy that walked off behind me at BUR was smiling from ear to ear and told me that he had booked a flight to Las Vegas for next month but was going to cancel because he's never flown before and he started to get too scared. He wanted to try this flight because he thought a short flight would be easier for a first experience. He walked off saying "why was I so afraid? That was fun, now I'm going to Vegas next month".
foppishbum, thank you! It was a blast.
WhereToNext, that was it man, all PR. News all over the country covered it and certainly kept jetBlue on people's minds.

YAY! I was hoping someone was going to do a TR on this!!! Awesome vid, thank you so much for posting, and thanks for joining us (B6) for this fun flight!!! Man, I forgot how much of a buzzsaw noise the new V2500's make when you sit forward of them...like music to my ears LOL!

Great trip report!
Oh man, I wish I was in California when this happened! JetBlue should do this here in New York, flights between JFK and LGA or EWR
I'd invite my friends and even pay for them! LOL.
Gotta love B6, it was also nice that they had free drinks and snacks at the gate area. It's great to hear that passengers were in a great mood, I always love it when I hear clapping at the end.

First off EXCELLENT trip report. I work for B6 at JFK on the ramp and these flights would of been a rampers dream to do. Very funny to listen to what everyone was saying in cabin. Seems like this was a huge success which is always good to hear when its your company.
