Got to LAX with a little more than 2 hours to spare.
Tom Bradley International Terminal @ LAX
CX Check In Area
Check in was immediate and after which i went back outside for a few cigarettes before clearing security which surprisingly was really quiet and i went thru in less than 1 min. Rest of my time was just spent in the First Class area of the One World Lounge.
Boarding was called 15 mins before departure and I arrived at the gate and immediately boarded the aircraft.
Inflight
A joyful crew greeted us onboard an push back and take off was on time. Funny enough, same captain flying this sector with the one that took me to LAX 2 weeks ago.
My now familiar surrounds of CX F Suites & Cabin
After take off i changed into my pyjamas and just relaxed till supper was served.
After that i decided to get some sleep. After about 8 hrs of sleep, i got up and freshened up and after breakfast was served i watched a few sitcoms before we started our descend.
Final cabin shots before descend
Another great flight by CX and really looking forward to flying again with them in the near future. Saying goodbye to B-KPA

Thanks for another great report and CX F really looks like a great way to travel

I guess it leaves so late, that pretty much all other departures have left. For the daytime departures to Europe, and the crowdedness that it usually brings with it, I really look forward to when the new terminal opens.
Garudas new regional J really impresses me. It looks very nice indeed.

Hi Stein, so what does it mean? Find read eye international flights out of LAX for the time being ! hahahaha....really don't know whether the new terminal will be more efficient or not though. Inbound border control is terrible and has been for ages.

I guess the after midnight departure is the key here
As I see it they can't make the new terminal much worse than the old is, or can they?
I sincerely hope that the new terminal will bring a lot more space (the drawings looks great) and new lounges with views If it does, SFO will get a run for the money as my favorite West Coast International airport.
Border control on the other hand, will always be a pain in the ass...

Hahahah you never know! because of the new terminal construction, when my CX bird arrived, we ere on hold on the tarmac for like 1 hr, due to shortage of taxi ways and gates!!

Agree with you, SFO is my current fave West Coast port of entry

And I do not see it improving in the near duture!
Quoting MSS658 (Reply 4): Nice trip report, enjoyed the read. Service looks fantastic on both CX and GA.
