I did the return flight at the beginning of april 2011 and found klm to be a so so airline, because again like the singapore flight, it was too hot in the cabin, hotter than the tropical rainforest that I was in while in peru.
The cabin crew guarding business class didn't crack a smile when advising me where the toilets were, making me feel like a child, similar to the singapore flight where they huffed about me asking for a can of coke when I went to the galley they were busy...
But the flight was cheap and more direct so I chose them again.
The flight arrived into amsterdam late so I got took off the Amsterdam-Manchester, but I ran fast to the gate and they put me back on.
