The Video actually was enjoyable, what annoyed me, was that the titlels desapeared right away...

At least you had decent crew.

On my flight in UA Int'l F the crew and soft product was crap. The new F seat was great though.

It sounds like the seat could hardly be better but the other aspects of the service were hit or miss.
Pretty good offering from UA overall considering you said the LH seat was less comfortable.
