CC-BBB was delivered to LAN Airlines on October 25, 2012:
After having flown on LAN’s first B-787 CC-BBA, it was time to fly on its second B-787. CC-BBB was only in service with LAN for 5 days when I flew on her!

When boarding the 787, you are greeted by the cabin crew and walk through the spacious archway; which gives the Premium Business cabin an airy and spacious feeling:

Overall the short flight to EZE was quite enjoyable and exciting. The cabin crew were very cheerful and excited as well. I guess that's because their among the first trained LAN cabin crews certified to work on the 787s! Currently, LAN's B-787s are deployed on the SCL-EZE and SCL-LIM routes. LAN will soon deploy the 787s on the SCL-LIM-LAX, SCL-LAX and SCL-MAD-FRA routes. Looking forward to flying the 787 on long-haul flights very soon!
Quoting MHTripple7 (Reply 7): I'm glad to hear that LAN's cabin crew were friendly, as that seems to typically be the common complaint for LAN.
The 787 crews were very enthusiastic and excited during all of my 787 flights on LAN. The passengers seemed very excited as well to be flying on the 787 and many passengers were taking photos during the flight. Some cabin crew members even offered to take their pictures during the flight.
Quoting ba319-131 (Reply 8): I like the seat colours, pretty nice, however, the legroom does not look as generous as on the JCL set up on the 767 or is that just an illusion?
It's definitely an illusion since I found the legroom to be more generous than on the B763s. Perhaps the Ottoman has created that illusion.

Thank you for sharing your tripreport! I really enjoyed reading it and oh my; the 787 in Lan colors looks stunning. I absolutely love the premium cabin and the entrance; it's spectacular! This is what I expected to see after the first CGI interior videos from Boeing when they introduced the 787. LAN definitely did a great job with their cabin. Too bad the seats aren't really in the same design as their current C-class seats, but this will do just fine.

The seat has about 1 more inch of pitch on the 787, so it is basically the same. The big difference is seat width because Lan has maintainted 2-2-2 seating.
The new Premium Business Class seat on the 787s has a seat width of 23.0'' as opposed to 20.0" on the B-767-300ERs.
