Hi,

I recently flew from the new GIB Terminal and thought I would post pictures of the Business Louge there. I was actually quite impressed by the new terminal and the lounge. The food / snack options are not up to much, but it's a nice place to spend an hour before your flight. There's also a lovely terrace outside the lounge which overlooks the runway, so you can watch your plane coming into land.

View from the terrace

I was on the 2nd BA flight home and it was empty (30 passengers in total on an A320). There were only 2 others in Club and I was first in the lounge so decided to snap away on my iPhone! There were 7 people in the lounge when it was boarding time - that's as busy as it got.

I know of at least one other lounge featuring an terrace, which is the Senator Lounge at Hamburg Airport. Also facing the tarmac.

But still looks like a very nice place.
