I flew business class with an upgrade in summer 2012. I was very lucky to get the upgrade. I have noticed that UA has made tremendous improvement in the food. Airliners no longer allows us to post links to youtube, so unfortunately, I cannot post that direct link to you here, but there is an accompanying commercial-free video that is the complete trip report. For those who want to see the photos, they are here.
Once again, the entire report is in commercial-free video format on youtube, but I cannot post the link here. Thus, there is not much text here because it's all in the video. Sorry about that, but I do hope you enjoy the photos!

Wow. Awesome photos. I am an airbus fan but not of the A380 ( an ugly frame in my opinion ) but the LH shot is otherwise spectacular. UA seem to have a excellent business class product.

Quoting Jetsgo (Reply 2): I thought we could still link videos, just not embed them?
I guess you can still post the link, as Jetsgo says above? Anyway like I've said below I know where to find you on Youtube lol. ...I like what themit9 (I hope I got his name right). He posted a pic of a Youtube snapshot which linked directly to the videos...brilliant!

Thank you for the nice comment.

Even if you post the link, airliners will delete the entire post. I did that last time, and they deleted my entire post competely.

Thanks. Yes, since my youtube name is the same as my airliners.net name, it would be easy to find me!
Quoting azstar (Reply 4): The food looks absolutely delicious! Frequently, airline meals, whether business or first class, look totally unappetizing.
Thanks for the kind words.
Quoting SHAQ (Reply 5): Wow! United is making tremendous improvements in its premium offerings.
Well done!
How was the cabin crew?
Thanks. The cabin crew was very good. They do tend to be older, however, since only the most senior people get to on the long-haul flights. So you do feel like you're being served by a senior center. However, for me, I'm not concerned so much about their age as the service. As long as they are pleasant, have excellent service, and a great attitude, I don't care how old they are.
