Hello everyone, this is my first TR ever! I am Cha living in Manila. I joined last December since I love seeing planes and I'm a tourism major so it falls right into place, I guess. I just recently had the full courage to create this TR so please bare with me since I'm just a newbie.
So early last year I was planning my MNL-ICN itinerary very hardly since I've been waiting for this quite a long time already and I don't want anything to ruined it also the fact that I'm travelling alone. I was choosing between PR, OZ or KE. Earliest flight from Manila to Seoul are all leaving midnight until 23:45. Since I'm flying on Y I can't barely imagine how will I ever stand it for 4-5 hours sitting in the lone chair.
Around first week of May I signed up for Marco Polo Club of CX due to curiousity afterwards I searched for flights and found a great deal but the downside is I had a 12 hour flying time since it involved a stop-over in HKG. In the end I choose CX... leaving in MNL 18:00 (Actual was 19:45 delayed due to storm) arrived at HKG 22:00 instead of 20:00 leaving me with only 3 hours layover then left HKG 01:00 arrived at ICN 05:30.
I was exhausted as hell I wasn't able to take pictures during MNL-HKG-ICN leg and even the HKG-MNL I only have the ICN-HKG with minimal pictures.
Main Terminal of Incheon Airport. It was so crowded and I felt like I was in another world. Haha!
Last minute shopping eh?
FIDS!
I love that Incheon Airport is plane spotting-friendly though I am in the Concourse Terminal which ended up me having only pictures of OZ, KE, NH and CX also there are no other carriers arriving while I was waiting for my flight. I think the airport is kinda deserted from 1:00 to 3:00PM I guess?

Seoul (ICN) – Hong Kong (HKG)
Cathay Pacific CX 411
Departure Time: 15:15
Arrival Time: 18:10
Airbus 343
Business Class, 16K
From the moment I arrived in the airport I had a good vibe since the agent who assisted me was Korean who lived in Manila for 7 years before coming back to Seoul, he was very nice and he even know how to speak our local dialect perfectly. He confirmed my seat which was 31D an aisle seat for the first time since I was feeling dizzy so I can have an easy access to the lavatory but eventually the dizziness went away the moment I found out I was upgraded in Business Class. Wooo! The flight was so full and I was really thankful that I didn't get bump off the flight. Haha!
CX was really round the clock departing and arriving in Incheon. One plane left like a minute ago then after a minute another plane will arrive. I love the OneWorld livery though this is not my plane yet.
This was the one.. the one brought me home!
As soon as I settled in I was offered Wine, Water or Orange Juice eventually I picked OJ. This was suprisingly sweet compared to the OJ of SQ.
LEGROOOOOOOM!
Deserted Concourse Terminal but you can see the Hangar of KE not so far away
IFE system
No menus were distributed but this was my Appetizer. I wasn't able to get more pictures especially for the main course but it was perfect.
The Cabin!
Sadly that's all the pictures that I have. Hope you enjoy! Til my next TR. Toddles~!

you don't see the hangar of KE in one of the last pictures, it's their cargo terminal. KE MX facilities are in the northwestern part, which you can't see out of your location.

Sorry for my mistake and thanks for correcting me! Cheers
Rather cool you got upgraded by CX to regional JCL, whilct not the best legroom, sure beats YCL!
Cheers
Mark
Thanks for correcting me. I have to agree with you on that but I guess you gotta experience the least better before experiencing the much better one. Haha! Have a nice day!
