like 23L I haven't thought of that, sometimes they end up using the other runway, though i don't go that often

23L is used from 0600 until 1030 and 1630 until the late evening for take-off Sunday evening until saturday morning. 23R is in use for landings at all times and take-off between 1030-1630 when 23L is closed.
