Hello everyone and welcome to this TR.- After 5 amazing days in Israel hanging out with friends, it was time to head up to Moscow.- I've always wanted to go to Russia, my family is from Ukraine but lived a long time in Majachkala (Very high in To go list) so I thought that it would be great to visit Moscow as my first russian city.- Also, I'm a russian learner and going ment, practicing it.- The only sad thing about going to Moscow was that my best friend lives in Astrakhan and she couldn't go and neither could I

So, everything began in Highway 1, our way to Ben Gurion.-

We lined up to check in.- It was a long queue and most of the flights to Russia and ex-soviet countries were lining up here.- When we got to the check in counter we asked if we could Upgrade to Biz.- The girl called to Aeroflot's office and they told her it would be 200U$D per person.- We took it and went down to ticketing office.- Once we were there, the woman told us that upgrade would actually cost 1500U$D per person, FORGET IT.- Back in the check in counter, we got our BP's and then continued towards gate's security.- 20mins later we were airside.-

We headed to some burger restaurant and had luch there.-

Here we go, 3:20hs to Moscow
http://i1324.photobucket.com/albums/u602/joacocifuentes/Aeroflot/IMG_0853_zps6959bc52.jpg

The crew said that the IFE wouldn't be able during the flight due to "Technical Problems". I guess it automatically turned on and I went really fast to moving map.- When they turned it off, I was the only one with active IFS, although I only could watch the moving map, it was enough for me!

Thank you all for reading. After two days in Moscow we went to Madrid, also starring SU.- I won't write a TR about it because it was a blue A319.- The only thing I must say is that, when I tried to recline my seat, an spanish guy started kicking my seat and told me not to recline.- We started arguing and the FA was confused, of course we speaking spanish.- At the end, I counted to 10 and put my seat back to the upright position.- I felt frustrated but, what can I do?

Well, thank you for reading again! Greetings, Joaquin.

Hello

Great report, thanks for sharing!
Interesting that SU uses their 330s on their med haul as well.

Greetings
Marc

Cool - thanks for sharing! Maybe I've just missed it but I don't remember seeing too many pics of TLV's interior in the past - so thanks for posting those. Pretty impressive how many widebodies TLV sees even for euro flights. Just curious did the police at TLV have any issues with you taking pics or were they chill about it?

Hi MSS658, thanks for reading, actually yes, that was the reason why bought the ticket. The day before I decided not to fly Transaero and bought Aeroflot.

Hey Joaquin !

Nice report of your SU flight to russia!
I think both Israel and Russia are very nice and interesting countries to visit one day, but it is very diffcult to get visa for those countries.
SU looks quite good, and good that you could catch an A330 on such short route!

Thank you again

Elias

Thank you Elias! I don't need visa for these countries so it was easier to come and visit! SU is good, and I enjoyed flying with them, and yes the A330 was a matter of fact when I decided to fly with them!

Hey,

Thx for the report. I hope you had a nice time in Israel.

Looking at the weather, I know exactly which day you flew out...

Did you notice the other flight to DME just 15 minutes before? But Aeroflot looks better then them.

You should have put your seat back,,,,you paid for it, and told the guy to piss off. That's for the F/As to work out. He bought a Y class ticket.....you get what you get...

Hello! Thank you for reading!! They have improved a lot since they served Argentina... The upgrade situation was odd because the check in girl told us that it would be 200, but in ticketing office they said 1500...

Greetings, Joaco
