I have not but if you go to Search and look for AirNZ. This will give you some Idea of what it is like.
Keep in mind it was recently voted Sixth in the world for FC. Overall the airline Came sixth in the world. First In Asia pacific airline and First for Best Business Class.
Hope this helps
Cheers

6th? Now what is that based on? Does breadth of service count? If so, NZ certainly would come behind some of the heavies. But if it based purely on inflight experience, then 6th place gives me pause to consider taking another carrier for such a long flight.
For example, does UA come in about NZ? I would take NZ over UA in a second!

It has seat pitch of 80in and features rather-old-looking but-very-comfortable seats. However no suites are found here and the current First Class hasn't been fully changed since 1989 with 1996 (pacific wave) not changing much at all. I would rather fly on UA First Suites anyday!

It was based upon ratings from Passengers. No UA did not bet AirNZ!!
Service, is one of AirNZ main ggod points and why they won 6th place!!
It went something like this Emirates, Singapore, Virgin atlantic, Lauda. In no paticular order!!!
If you donot believe me go look on their website.
My parents have flown First class on UA and NZ. They prefer NZ to UA. They said the FA's are rude, Donot create a Conversation and never answer the call bell.
Hope this helps
