The check in counter in CDG terminal 2F (brand new terminal) was great. No waiting at the counter and the staff was very friendly. Their business lounge is clean, not far from the departure gates. They offered a variety of drinks but not much to eat (crackers, chips and cookies). The lounge is on 2 levels. One level is reserved for smokers. Unfortunately they have curtains which blocks the view if you are a plane spotter like me.
We boarded at 15h45. Business and first class passengers at a separate gate. The crew greeted us with a friendly smile and accompanied us to our seats. They served pre-boarding refreshments (champagne /orange juice). However, the safety demonstrations were done by the flight attendants not on a TV screen. Pretty surprising on a B-777-200. Right after the demo, they distributed the menus. We pulled out at 16h20. There was a strike in Paris (aircraft controllers. 80% of the flights were cancelled). We were the only aircraft leaving so, there was no waiting for takeoff.
20 minutes after takeoff, the crew offered us a variety of refreshments. Then, they started the meal service.

1-Pan-seared filet of beef with maître d’hôtel butter
Potato croquettes, French green beans and wild mushrooms.
2-Filet of pike-perch with spicy sauce,
Simmered carrots and steamed potatoes.
3-Today’s special dish: Free-range chicken with wine sauce
A fillet of chicken is served with Gewurztraminer wine sauce.
The dish is accompanied by braised endive and potato crisp with thyme.
OUR SPECIAL SELECTION OF CHEESE
Camembert, rigotte, chaource
Chestnut cake, Charentes-style fig cake, Bourdaloue pear tart
Sherbet served with cookies
Basket of fruit
After dinner, we had a choice between 8 movies on our individual video screen. The movie selection was great. Furthermore, the seat pitch is adequate in order to settle down comfortably in the modular seats with silent remote control, 131° reclining back, 4 position headrest, adjustable leg and footrests, and 2 pillows. Everything possible to make your flight comfortable.
On hour before landing the crew served us a light meal which consisted of the following:
Gouda with mustard and mimolette cheese
Dried fruit brochette and pancake
Fresh seasonal fruit
Air France also has a bar located near doors no 2 L and R between the 2 Business class sections. You may go and get something to drink, at your convenience, throughout the flight. 3 spotless washrooms are also available for the business class passengers. The washrooms were cleaned at least twice during our journey.
Our luggage arrived (priority) 15 minutes after landing in Montréal. Considering the fact that the International arrival gates are quite far from the baggage area, I was amazed to receive them that quickly. Finally, I have had a wonderful experience with Air France and I do not hesitate to recommend them to all travellers.
