Hi Everyone,
this is my first ever flight report, I hope you will like it.
American Airlines
Flight: AA16
From: SFO - JFK
class: Business Class, Flagship Service
Aircraft: Boeing 767-200
Seat: 11H
I arrived at SFO around 11am for my 12:30pm flight to New York. Check in was easy, bags were checked at curb side and boarding pass was issued at the spot. Then I proceed throught check point, painless. I went stright throught to the Admirals club. It was a busy day...Friday I guess.
Boarding was easy, I waited until 12: 15pm, no line at all. I found my seat, last roll of the business class. Business class was full that day. The flight push back on time and we took off 15mins later. While taxing, the FA came around to take drink and lunch order. Once we were level off, the FA brought my diet cock and the famous AA warm nuts. It was tasty. I did not really enjoy this FA, she was fat, not young and never smile, she was there to do the job only! ( too bad ) Second round of drinks was offered. Food cart is now out, Fa was handing out the meal tray, Green salad with chicken, mulit grain roll was offered. After the plate was cleared, the FA came back with main course, I have ordered Lasagnia. A couple of pax on our side had problem with main course mix up. After the meal service, a nice cold ice-cream was offered. Tea and coffee followed. Movie started...it was ok, I have decided to watch my DVD on my lap top instead. Time flew...we started decent into NY area. Without any delay, we landed at 8:30pm ...we were at the gate 15 mins later. T9 at JFK wasn't busy at all. My bags showed up 15 mins later. Off to my hotel at Upper West Side!
Return flight
AA177
Boeing 767-200
class: Business class
Seat: 7H
After being in NY for 5 days, 100% business trip, I was so tired from the trip. due to UN week, it was crazy in the city. I arrived at the airport 45mis before dept. check in was at curb side, everything was down at the spot. I drop by the club for 5 mins..then off to the gate. Check point was not busy so I got through in seconds. Went stright to the gate...My seat for this flight is 7H, seat was comfortable and spacious. Plane push back on time...then when I know it, we already took off and the FA offered drinks to other pax already. I ordered diet cock and the famous warm nuts appear again. It was nice, the FA was much better than the outbound flight. I ordered a pasta dish...After the meal service, I had an ice-cream. The next thing I know was we are landing into SFO. Within 10 mins, we landed and was at the gate in 5 mins. It was a comfortable and a painless flight.
Afterall, AA delivered the product very well, I have enjoyed it very much.

I'm very pleased to hear AA is offering diet cock and nuts as part of their beverage selection!

Great trip report
Amazing what some minor errors can do to spice things up, huh?

Well I would say that the trip report was great, except I did not like the comment about the flight attendant being fat. I do not see how her weight has anthing to do with her job. Yes there are "heavy" flight attendants out there, and may of them could have nursed and burped many of us through childhood, but if they get the job done, then you know what CHEERS!

I was just looking over your next itinerary and realized something:
SFO -LHR-HKG BA first Class
BKK - HKG - SFO CX Business
SFO - JFK AA Business
JFK - LHR BA Concord Oct 16th
I am going to be on the Concorde flight from IAD-JFK on 15OCT03 so that you can board that exact same plane on 16OCT03 for LHR. I thought that was kind of interesting. Enjoy your trip.

Nice report although I didn't like your comment about the F/A. If you don't like her don't say bad things about her. Did she treat you right? Did she give you what you asked? Yes. So...if you don't find her pretty, don't mention it to everyone. OK? Just keep it for yourself. Nevertheless the rest of your report looks good.
I took a rountrip flight on American JFK-SFO-JFK about a year ago, and I truly enjoyed both flights. I was in Business Class on the outbound flight, it was a 767-200 and I had a window seat. The best part of the flight was the sunset that was reflecting on the engine during the flight, it was gorgious following the sun set during most of the flight.
On the return flight, it was a 767-300 and I was in coach. I had a window and the flight was almost empty. I had for the first three hours of the flight a great view of the Western part of the United States, we cruised at FL370, and after that the sun was setting, and it was quickly getting dark. I remember spotting two 757's going opposite direction, one of Northwest during daylight time, and one of American later on when the sun was setting. We were in the Midwest when the sun was setting. It was a great flight.
I have another roundtrip coming up in two weeks from now: JFK-SNA-JFK. The aircraft will be a 757.

Nice trip report, although I, like some other people, did not think the comment about the FA was necessary. Just because she was not very good looking should not matter, what matters is that she does her job in a professional and friend lymanner.
In the future though, try to get the aircraft registration, alot of members on here really like that, at least thats what I was told when I started writing trip reports.

Interesting trip report! My only comment is how long was the TSA inspections at SFO and JFK? My home airport is ALB and it is long!
