I recently went to Europe for a month. I flew British Airways. BA operates Boeing 747-400's on the Cape Town to Heathrow route. When I flew back on the 29 January I was amazed when we boarded that economy now had their own idividual TV's in the bcak of all seats as well as new adjustable headrests. These features were not there when I flew to Europe. It must be some new service they implemented. All in all it was unforgetable as I also spent about an hour in the cockpit.

The amazing service you experianced is the new World Traveller. BA have fitted all of there 777-236's and are most of the way through fitting there 747-436's with the new class. I'm not too sure about the "classics" or 767's. Leagues above other airline seats although they could be a bit wider.

Well for the prices they charge, the seats should be leather, the floors should be paved in silk carpets and there should be an endless stream of champagne in economy!! Sorry, im a little bitter because I was charged £1231 from NCL-Mexico city.
