i have not flown business on that exact route, but have flown it from:
Seoul - San Francisco
Manila - Singapore
Singapore - Sydney
These were all on 747-400's or 777-300's.
The service was excellent on all. Very attentive flight attendants (and cute). Great entertainment options, food, and service. The seats were very comfortable as well.

I flew SIA C-class last year from JFK-FRA and return on the upper deck and can tell you, service and food is far better than DL, SR, UA and LH.
The F/A are very attentive and friendly, the food was excellent, the entertainment "wiseman" is also state of the art. Singapore is just an excellent airline to fly on.
Seat pitch is 52"
The biggest for an airline with a three class config.
Seat width 21"
If you have a little more money fly their First Class.
That's what I did last year in July and it blew me away.
Simply amazing. I was like spending 8hrs in a five star hotel. Excellent!

Don't worry it will be great. I experianced their C-class between Denpasar and Zurich.
Don't forget to take a refreshing shower in their lounge in Singapore.
The only thing I missed, was the toilet kit. I don't know if they don't have or they only give it on request. Check it out and let me know.
