(First trip report so bere with me-lol)
Ryanair
FR701
STN-KIR
25/09/04
Boeing 737-8AS
EI-CSF
Departure time (Scheduled/ Actual): 07:30/07:31 (Local Time)
03:00am my alarm went of sleepy as i was the rush of excitment came about me as it always does when i am flying
Any way with everything together i clambered into the back of the rather full Peugoet306 of my step mom's,i noted the time of leaveing as 03:55,with a full hour and a half journey ahead of me to stansted i sat back and relaxed chatting away to my brave step sister who opted to be next to me Oh well on went the tunes of the Mini disk lorna perswaded me to put Natasha Bedingfield on lol
The car journey passed quite quickly and soon we were arriving at Stansted at 05:15am .As my excitment builds we head straight towards funnily-enough the same check in desk i had used on my last trip to Birritz in july. After finally checking in my family and an eagor me decided to check in to a very busy stansted airport departure lounge.
Of course my dad and i went straight to 'the train' where we would go to our gate and i could do some serious spotting lol. I don't no about any one else but doesnt the womans voice on the train really annoy you,it makes me wanna do somthing drastic ( )
With the train coming to a stop and people didenbarking it was a mad rush to the very tall esculator which i stood on where it brought me up to tarmac level where i then got on another esculator which took me to the boarding area's where i rudshed to the far end of the quiet building and rummedged through my bag grabbed my camera and took a few of these pix:
As the old saying goes Time passes quickly when your having fun and it was soon time to board.I had ticket number 83 so i was one of the first on board i went straight to my usual seat on a 738 seat 23A which has a great view for flaps and the wing.
By the time every one was boarded it was 07:28 and we began push back as engine 1 was started followed by a rather shuddery engine 2 and we began taxin towards runway 23
There wasn't any traffic so we was cleared straight away onto the runway and so began the 5 second wait of suspence which makes all us aviation lovers tingle then both engines were fired and we hurtled towards the end of the runway
Take of was smooth and suprisingly noisy for a 738.The cabin services began and i ordered my usual TOMATOE JUICE (lol!) and me and lorna decided to shar a small pot of pringles but did it pop the lid flew into the seat infront where my step mom was asleep but it slid of her head and down into the seat somewere
We reached crusing altitude and i took this:
The rest of the flight was pritty univentful and at 08:24 we began our decend into Kerry at 08:39 the flaps started lowering as we apeared out of the clouds to a grey and very green ireland getting lower Not the softest ladning in my time but it wasnt bad
And finnally coming to a stop near to the far from big Kerry airport
Any comments would be greatly appreciated
Cheers

Nice report - I was in seat 23A BLK-STN-BLK over the weekend, it is a very good seat - you can use your camera fairly discretely there thanks to the window location
No trees were harmed by this message. However, several million electrons were terribly inconvenienced
