Don't know if it should be in here, but it was a trip,so here goes
I was in the Manchester area for a Job interview with Thomas cook (which I did not get ). I got to the airport about 10, so I had a hour and half of looking around before I had to be at the SAS Hotel for the interview, as I had not eaten, I went to Burger King in T1 and sat looking out over the Parking area.
I forgot how good the viewing was at Manchester, having only been there once before for the Concorde Tour.
While enjoying some expensive grub, I saw a Turbo prop come in, and park right next to the window where I was, nice experience. Did laugh when I got home and saw it was the FLYMO Express which Alex, MYT332 had flown to Southampton
And then there was the First choice 320 that confused me all day till I got home. She really did not look like a 320, maybe something to do with the light, I don't know, but she looked tiny, and the windows were strange, but hey, I was scared cause I had a interview
Got to also see a all white 747, think it was a SP, but there was a Virgin 744 in the way the whole time I was there so couldn't see the rej.
While in the interview, I sat in a great spot. I could, out of the window, look at the nose of a USAIRWAYS 330. She was very nice. Trying to look at the TV screen was very hard, especially when a Delta pushed back and started as well.
I did managed to get outside and back to the car park in time to see the US take off.
God its a great airport, just shame I did not have time to go to the viewing park. Would have made the day even better

sorry justin, thought i had picked one with him in it.
BA747, it made me stop dead in the corridor. I looked at it for about 10 min, might have been the angle it was parked at. And as i have only seen one SP in real life, i could not tell really.
