Has anyone reading this forum ever flown on Air Canada's (formerly Canadian's) direct flight from YYZ to HNL? I will be taking this flight later this summer and would appreciate anyone's comments on the quality of this flight. Thanks.

I flew this route in May of 2000 - as the first leg of YYZ-HNL-SYD. It wasCP 127 at the time. The equipment was a B767-300 and I found the aircraft and the service to be excellent. Keep in mind that it was Canadian crew and metal. Leg room was great, food excellent, and cabin crew very friendly. Unfortunatly I can't comment now since it is now AC, although all AC flights I have taken since the merger have been just as good.

Thanks very much for getting back to me with such a thorough description. I'm really looking forward to the flight. I'm especially glad to know that the aircraft was roomy.

Hello,
I flew this route back in 1983 on a CP Air DC10-30. Nice flight but long flight: 9h48 minutes. You know what really disappointed me upon arrival? I saw a big sign saying "Welcome to the United States". Gee, I have that sign 75 kilometers from home. I crossed the entire North American continent and half the Pacific only to see this sign!
