Great report and pics.one minor quibble. I think you were trying to see people climb El Capitan; not Half Dome. The trail to Vernal Falls is bueautiful. I was there in May of this year and the falls were simply spectacular.San Francisco and N. CA are my favorite places to visit in US. Hope you got you wish to fly on Hooters before it went out of business
