well this is an old one from 2002 but figuered I would post it while it is fresh in my mind. Here it goes:
US 26
PHL-CDG
A330-300
8:15-ON Time
8:35-ON Time

So I arrive at PHL to check in for my 7hr flight to CDG for my second trip to france that year the previouse being on AF back in the days when the 767-300's were still in service. anyway I proceed to gate A11 in the A-East concouse as this was back before the A-West concourse exsisted. I watch a BA 772ER flight 69 pull in from LHR and I would be on this flight 1 year later in 2003. I also watch US196 bound for MAN board and US12 for MAD is deleyed ti'll 10:15. So about 40 minuits before departure and I am greeted with a smile by our Purser who is a French Native. The rest of the crew being American. and I proceed to 11C which will be my seat for this flight. This only being my Third Atlantic crossing and first on US I notice the AVOD as a definate plus. Shortly we Taxy and I notice in 11B there is a US captain in full uniform who is a very nice guy and he has flown since the piedmont days flying 737's so we chat on and off during the flight. We expierience moderate turbulence for the first 30 minuits of our climb. then as soon as we level off and the F/A's come around with drinks and Chicken or pasta. I have the pasta accompanied with ginger ale. After the meal service I have tea. Then I play around with the AVOD a bit. on thing I notice is that the service in genral on AF is better but the entertainment on the US A330 is better than on the AF 763 dont know about the 744,777, or A330/A340 though. soon during sunrise breakfast is served which is some muffin thing not so good and I have orange juice. The one F/A who was on the meal cart is not the friendliest this earth has to offer but nice enough . soon after we land at CDG. one thing I notice is this airport is a blast from the past in the US satalite unlike the AF satalite from 4 months earlier. I then take the Air France but to Gare de Lyon and I catch the TGV train to Aix en provence about a 3 hour train ride.
US 27
CDG-PHL
A330-300
13:40-LATE 14:25
15:30-LATE 15:55

So we get to CDG and proceed to check in which is busy as there are 2 flights leaving at around the same time one to PIT(the days when PIT had trans-atlantic service) and mine to PHL. so we check then proceed to the gate where our A330 is waiting and a 762 for PIT is boarding. I then see an NW DC-10 sitting waiting to take customers to DTW. we then board welcomed by an F/A who I reconized 2 years later on a SNN-PHL flight. then proceed to 11C. then the captain comes on and says that CDG ATC is on strike and we had to sit for 40 minuits(ahhh good ole CDG). Then we push and after a BA BAE-146 we take off and make a cluimb to FL330 then later on to FL390 soon after the crew comes thru with drinks and pretzels and I have coke. then we have chicken or pasta which I choose pasta and have water. I then fiddle with AVOD for the next 4 1/2 hours and in that time the very attentive crew comes 5 different times with juice or water. then 2 hours before arrival I have coke and a box with a turkey sandwhich and a few grapes which is ok but nothing to write home about. Then we decend and land on 27R and tavy to A10 in the old A-east concourse. I then go thru PHL customs and have a warm welcome to PHL " yo if yous a citizen get in dat line if you aint then get in Dat line" ahhh PHL customs officials. hope you enjoy questions and comments appriciated.

It was ok but on an old worn 767-200ER but service was not as good as the one in 2002 due to cutbacks.
