Such a long story, but the jist of it is, after taking a nice 2h45m DL Express flight from PVD to FLL to meet my good friend, who did not show up, I was stranded at FLL all day, as DL cancelled my flight to ATL and MSY, so I had to buy a ticket on Southwest. So all in all, I wasted over 300 dollars on plane tickets, not to mention about 50 on gifts for her. But the money does not matter....her not showing up hurt me, and I'm still wondering why she did it. I don't think I'll ever know. Great flights though, lol. And I think the FLL airport is gorgeous. I could easily go back there one day.

Hey... last April I scheduled the family trip to have a connection in Tampa to meet an old friend who moved there a few years ago. She didn't show up the whole 4 hours we were there, so I didn't get to talk to her, or look at any planes because I waited for her. So sounds like Florida isn't that good at voting, or waiting for people.

Wow, that was low. If I knew you had brought gifts maybe I would have showed up in her place....
At least you had a few decent flights though.
