Route: Gatwick, direct west to Newquay, direct North of the Azores to Bermuda, further southwest towards Florida, arriving a little south of Cape Canaveral, direct west with turn to north for landing runway 36L.

Apologies for the little writing. The flight was excellent - the first time in the 777. 3-3-3 was much more room from what I was fearing!
Rotation/takeoff velocity was a little less fast from what I was imagining, followed by the powerful departure West to FL300. First there were drinks/nuts followed by the very good meal (salad, beef, red wine, dessert, chocolate, coffee). The flight felt very long with 9.30hr mostly flying over the Ocean. The flight flew to Bermuda that might have made a good rest but no more Ocean to Florida. Following Bermuda there was the evening meal followed by descent with Cape Canaveral to the right (I think there was the beacon light from 20,000ft?).
Final West descent was with much speedbrakes followed by right turn flying over McDill Afb for final Runway36L. There was good sunset for the descent/landing.
