I am a subscriber since long time back. Do I need to be a member as well?
Yes. Since most subscribers are members since a long time back it would mean that almost all subscribers would have free access, thus not giving us the money to be able to provide this service.

Check your SPAM filter settings, mail filters, blacklists or your Internet Service Provider's SPAM filters. In 99% of the cases your mail is stuck there. Meanwhile we have a newsletter version available as a web page online here.

I do not receive my newsletter and have a mail account hosted by AOL
Currently, and hopefully temporarily, some AOL users do not receive our newsletter. The problem seems not to be on our side, and we have asked AOL to have a look at it, and we're still waiting. Meanwhile we have a newsletter version available as a web page online here.
