AZ Boeing 777-300ER retirement?

I've red on Italian newspaper about the sole AZ B773 ER. This is an ex Air Austral Aircraft, bought by Alitalia in 2017. I know that it has been used on FCO-JFK and FCO-GRU routes. Now I've booked a flight from FCO to EZE in febbruary and in the reservation is indicated the B773 ER as equipment. Las...

At the mid of October I'll have a short business trip to Buenos Aires. I manage to fly from FCO. I've at the same cost two options: AZ flight on B777 or AR on A332. Probably I'll fly in economy plus. Re: What Airline from New York to SFO in August?

Who are you flying on the MXP-JFK leg? If you are taking DL, then I'd go with DL again on JFK-SFO. You won't have to change terminals and would have the easiest connection. Plus DL is the only airline that flies a wide body on the route, so there's a chance you could get a 763/764. If not, even the...

Re: What Airline from New York to SFO in August?

If you're from Milan Malpensa on your way to San Francisco, must you really stop in New York? Or can you make your transfer somewhere else? If not, you could for example fly EasyJet from Malpensa to Barcelona and then Norwegian from Barcelona to Oakland. Oakland is as good as San Francisco, doesn't...

What Airline from New York to SFO in August?

On 24th of August I've planned a west cost trip from New York to SFO.
What Airline/Aircraft do you prefer?
By now my favorite is a DL flight from Jfk on a 330-200.
It's late but it's not so bad with my connection from MXP.
Thank you for your opinion!
