ATMs will give you the best rate.
Check with your own bank if they charge you a transaction fee for using an ATM not owned by them. Most do. Many credit unions will not charge a fee.
The owners of the ATM may charge you a fee also, but from my experience most don't.

I really don't think you can get anything much cheaper than the 44.52 Euro posted above even after adding 30 Euro for the train rides to get into/out of city center on both sides.

Eurostar one-way is not cheap.
