I remember reading that the cool down time is far too long, and that the RR BR715 on the 717 is one of the few engines that can do it. I have a question in regards to the continued maintenance programs of large ships like this. Do they undergo the same types of checks that commercial aircraft do, like A checks, C checks, D checks and structural inspections with a specified time frame to complete said check?

No, you have an order, the contract is not signed until you take delivery, however. Not always, no. If the buyer is making payments for the special vehicle, then the dealership is in breach of contract hence why we see a lawsuit being brought forth. My guess is that the buyer was making the payment...
