I believe they are still there because of the issues with the US EXIM Bank. The EXIM bank has been reauthorized but congress has not confirmed an appointment to the EXIM Bank board so they can't execute on any of the financing deals they have worked out which include the TAAG Angola deal.

Watched them depart this afternoon. It was amazing. Both kept it on the deck until the end of the runway and then pretty much vertical. Nice an loud. A whole bunch of car alarms went off in the parking lot at the Museum of Flight.
