Excellent shot!!

Motive looks good to me. But, I would upload at 1024* as the shot is a bit soft. Making it smaller would quarantee that the quality is acceptable.

Andrew, As for contrast, it seems that the shot was underexposed. Therefore, leaving it as it will make the shot look dull but adding contrast will make the light areas flare up.
