Most russian crews aren't happy unless they do minimum 200 hours per month. And i've seen russian freighter crews do 36 duty hours in a 48 hour period.

Antonov-24, crashed at the end of the runway after engine failure of one engine. So far one woman confirmed dead and many badly burned passengers. Aircraft crashed into the ILS array at the end of the runway, damaging it severely.

Aircraft was full. Thoughts go out to those deceased and injured.
