Yep, PHX-YYZ-LHR was the planned routing. But now going via BDA instead. Specially Qualified captain required for 3 engine take off only. Rest of flight can be conducted by regular line crew. Air India leased 2 L1011's and 3 A310's from Caribjet in 1993. I missed out on the L-1011 and DC-10, unfortunately. I managed to log my only two MD-11 flights in 2014, when (as many people here will have done, no doubt) I flew AMS-YUL-AMS for that specific reason. Loved every minute of it. Also IIRC , there was a joint maintenance program between several European operators of the DC10.
KLM / SR / SN / SK / AY....
Not sure I've got the airlines 100% but pretty damn close....

I think there needs to be some enlightenment on this thread. The crew involved in this dispute are dealing with a company that will not negotiate, despite saying that they want to bring this dispute to close; they are not asking for something that is unreasonable, they are asking for a living wage;...

Many Heathrow Express staff are leaving to join Crossrail...(better pay)...
