Folks, from the data posted on this thread it seems the last non ER 747 will leave the fleet in August, will HND and HNL continuoe on a 744ER post that, or any other practical route to do it on
I ask as I want to log it before they retire next year.

These birds that do SEA-Asia are the 76Ts which is the only 767 variant with a crew rest. They were the first 763s to get modded way back in 2011 and before DL started using the new IFE screens. Which route is the 77LR that is freed up from YYZ-BOM gonna be used ?

Also with the 16 hour crew restriction limit does that mean that BOM is effectively ruled out for W19 as well as the BOM-YYZ used to blocked at 16 hrs

One observation with the recent swap with Kuwait airways is that they took 8 x 338s for 5 x 359s , so going by that example of Delta were indeed swapping 359s for 339s it would be a lot more than 10 x 339s

One factor is the 763's are paid for and any new A333/9 wouldn't. Once those old 763's start requiring heavy checks the equation will change significantly, hence this top-of order IMO, if it's really for DL. Nevertheless I still expect them to place a top-off order at some point. An airline like DL...

Given UA can do it with their 77E's, I'd assume the 359's are able to take a full passenger load and some light cargo at least.
