Very RICH looking color, i love it! The new PE seats look very similar to the new domestic F seats. Im excited to try out the new seats. Where are they flying the 772 with the new PE seats? any idea on which city will see it first?

SFO cut IAG a deal to consolidate their services at SFO? IIRC, BA are also ceasing OAK. Going seasonal, supposedly. Although who knows if it really comes back in 2019. BA flies to OAK??? weird how they fly to OAK and SFO. I'd imagine SFO is better in terms of passengers and one world connections.

i remember reading on a few forums on how the 764 will not get the Polaris seat, what is the reason behind that?

SFO was/is having weather delays. this might just be an issue with ATC playing tetris with the planes. Like the above comments, if a plan comes in early, it has wait till the a gate opens up...

I think it is related to cost. 3-3-3 is identical sets of seats (easier to reconfigure or replace) 2-4-3 also needs 1 more entertainment box I think I would personally also prefer 2-4-3 I would also bet that the reason is cost. Identical sets of seats are cheaper to replace, etc. Interesting to see...

With a lot of airlines downsizing or removing their F cabins, there is still a really small market for those who are willing to pay for First Class.

Give it another 15-20 years, First class will make a big comeback.

767-300(old 2 class), 777-200(INTL 2-class) 767-400, 787-8/9 will start in late 2018 and should be done by 2020. Will the refurbished 763s from the first round of mods actually get the new Polaris seats? I was under the impression they probably wouldn't. Those cabins are newer than some of the 787s...

Yeah, the only downside to the B/E diamonds seats is no direct aisle access, but they are really comfortable. anyone been on Qatar and experience the Super BE diamond seats?

50 Polaris seats on the 772! How many are there on the 77W? I have flown in the Polaris seat and think it's great, especially the forward facing seat with 3 or 4 windows. If they get J fares for those 50 seats they will make a lot of money on those 772s. It does seem like the Polaris 767 is the way...
