I earlier commented that it was an A320. I stand corrected. Is is in-fact a 767. However, Airbus did in-fact include a possible twin aisle option for the A320 at the very beginning. It's an A320.

This is the optional layout that Airbus was selling even before the A320s first flight. Airbus used its wider cabin design as one of the selling points over the 737s, permitting customer the flexibility to opt for 3-3 or 2-2-2 layout.

The last US built -18C/D was delivered to Canada in 1998.

I didn't know that Canada operates the C/D at all. I was under the impression that RCAF operates exclusively the A/Bs.

The odd paint work on the nose seems to fall right at the Section 41 production joint. It looks like 9M-MPF could have received incorrect paint during some sort of Section 41 modification or even during D-check. Just a guess.
