UA is not overnight their aircraft or crew in SBA with the wildfires. They ferry the crew and aircraft to LAX and then back the next morning to pickup the morning flights out of SBA.

According to the 3/29 OAG thread, DL is reducing from 8 to 7 daily MSP-MDW flights, but adding an A319 on the afternoon/early evening flight. Let's see how long this lasts...
