The Nose wheel brakes were a customer option for the 100 and 200. They proved to be not very economical for the vast majority of the operators, those that had them soon removed them.

As for take-off, aircraft loading, current temperature, altitude, fuel loaded, packs on/off etc. will dictate your flap settings at take-off. The powerplant will also influence settings. As for landing, that is fairly standard and should not vary between operators.

3000 psi or 5000 psi, at some point the difference in pressure has no bearing on the maintenance practices. In my view this difference will not alter the mechanics approach to maintaining of these systems.

The entire rotor head does "tilt" forward via the swashplate. The rotor head is actually tilting in the direction of travel, which is controlled with the cyclic.
