Once AVSIM gets back up and running, there is a good freeware design, I forget the name of the gentleman that made it, but he has made quite a few airports, and, for freeware, their pretty good.
That said, spending a few to get the Cloud9 offering is well worth the money.

The cfg file was the first thing I checked, and it did have a 1 after the autothrottle_available entry. And it was an airplane I had just added, but then I swapped to an aircraft I knew had it, and nothing changed.
